Now that we've been living in New Braunfels, Texas it's time to get into the river. I just bought my first fishing rod and I've been using it at Hinman Island Park and Landa Park both along the Comal River. We hang out at Hinman Island Park with a group of friends grilling, drinking brews and celebrating a day in the park where we're the only people there besides a few people passing. In this video I establish my goals for the Texas Rivers video series we've been producing: 1. Film fishing along the rivers of Texas 2. Discuss fishing gear as I research and purchase 3. Learn fishing techniques and information 4. Learn from YOU the viewer 5. Treasure hunt, looking for lost iPhones, GoPros, sunglasses 6. Discuss water & river gear (snorkeling, etc) 7.
